3-Day Exchange/Refund Policy

You can request an exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Charges:

If the wrong order is placed by the customer, the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

If Levaro makes an error, we will bear the shipping charges.

Refunds:

Refunds are only applicable if the product is out of stock or if there is a size mistake made by Levaro.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

The product must be unused for an exchange or refund to be processed.

Once the product has been worn, it cannot be replaced or exchanged.

Claim Process:

A valid invoice must be attached when requesting a replacement.

Any claims must be made within 4 days of purchase.
